HM Agents Privacy Policy

Who we are

HM Agents is the internal contact and events app for real estate agents of Harcourts Hunter Mason Realty ("we", "us"). It is used by our agents and staff, not by the general public. Accounts are created by our office; there is no self-serve signup.

What we collect

The app stores the business contact records our agents keep: names, phone numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses, and notes agents write about their own clients and leads. It also stores each agent's own roster profile (name, license number, office) and a record of who created or edited a contact.

How it is used

Contact records are used by the agent who owns them to manage their own client relationships, and by Harcourts Hunter Mason staff to operate the brokerage. Each agent sees only their own contacts. We do not sell personal information. The app contains no advertising and no third-party tracking.

Contacts added in the app

People added in this app are not subscribed to any mailing list by it. Marketing email, where it happens at all, runs through a separate system with its own consent and unsubscribe controls.

Where data lives

Data is stored with Supabase (database hosting) and served through Vercel. Access is protected by per-account login and database-level access rules.

Account and data deletion

To delete your account and the data associated with it, email tony@huntermason.comfrom the address on your account, or call (310) 995-2310. We deactivate the login and delete the account's personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep to meet real estate licensing and transaction retention laws.

Your choices
